Retrieving license key
If you opted for the Registration Protection Service when ordering your software, you can access the license key at any time
in the 'My Account' area of the Customer Care Center
here.
If you do not have the opportunity to use the Registration Protection Service, contact us at:
support@reactionkineticslive.com
Please be sure to include your ordering information in your e-mail including your name, company and full address.
Updating to newer versions
You can update the older version of ReactionKineticsLive by simply installing the new release over it.
Alternatively, you may uninstall the older version and start a clean installation of the new release.
In both cases, your saved sessions and preferences will not be affected, however you will have to reenter your
license key.
To perform an update, you have to be logged on as Administrator or as a user with Administrator privileges.
Switching to site license
To change the license type from single user to site license, please uninstall the software first
(Open the Control Panel, click 'Add or Remove Programs', select ReactionKineticsLive and click 'Remove'.).
Then install the software again (your saved sessions and preferences will not be affected). Start the application,
select 'Activate' and enter your name and site license key.
When installing or uninstalling the software, you have to be logged on as Administrator or as a user with Administrator privileges.
